How to turn a barn into a living space. One is a wooden black and white barn with its exposed structure inside, and the other is nestled into the hillside with its original sandstone wall. Each one is unique and uniquely beautiful. The black and white barn was definitely ripe for demolition - filled with straw, debris, and even pieces of a Trabant car. All it took was hooking it up to a car, and it came crashing down. But that would have been a shame. The renovation of both barns is exceptional and has its own unmistakable atmosphere.
