The interior of Villa Ohnivcová is designed to make the most of natural light and open space. The concrete staircase becomes the central element that connects the different parts of the house. A sensitive combination of exposed concrete and steel in the interior gives the space a modern and industrial touch, while still maintaining harmony and a warm character.

Preserved villa, wooden coffered ceilings, terrazzo, and black-and-white mosaic. Paired with plenty of natural light, garden views, and simple furniture. The home comes to life through the combination of original elements like tiled stoves and geometric stained glass with modern materials and thoughtful updates.

Renovation

The Fortress House HRADBY

The Hradby project ranks among our favorite renovations. The building itself was fascinating – a historic town wall house with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor and painted ceilings upstairs, complemented by original tiled stoves. The clients were truly enlightened, approaching the entire renovation with great care and respect. Our goal was to preserve as many historical elements as possible and seamlessly blend them with a modern interior that revitalized the entire space.
