Our work isn’t limited to Czechia only. We’ve successfully completed several projects across Europe. Each country comes with its own set of specifics. While in neighboring countries like Austria or Slovakia, we often rely on our trusted Czech suppliers, in more distant locations such as Portugal, Spain or the Canary Islands, we follow our tried-and-true methods to find local contractors.

With most new builds, you’ll often find they have little in common with their surroundings. These homes or development projects could just as easily be placed in Germany or back home, and you wouldn’t notice the difference. But we love renovations. And not just in the Czech Republic. You’ll definitely ask yourself whether you can handle it on your own. It’s possible. But are you sure the renovation will be technically flawless?
From our own experience, we’re convinced that managing it remotely and without the close supervision of an architect or technician is impossible. Not only will you encounter “local customs,” but you’ll also have to deal with contractors tempted to do the work just for show. It’s a real temptation for them.
